Cookie Notice

Last updated: 13 October 2026

How PayRivo uses cookies and similar technologies.

1. What we use

PayRivo uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to provide requested functionality, keep sessions secure and remember essential interface choices. For example, the website may remember whether a signed-in user has opened or closed the sidebar for up to seven days.

2. Necessary cookies

Necessary cookies are required for core functions such as authentication, security, load balancing and saving requested settings. They cannot be disabled through PayRivo without affecting the service.

3. Analytics and marketing

Optional first-party usage measurement is disabled until you choose Allow usage analytics in the public footer. It records public page and button events, sample-demo interactions and Basic/Pro plan tags. Payment completion is counted only after server verification; no payslip, salary, National Insurance number, document content, email or name is sent in these measurement events. We do not add advertising pixels. Your allow/deny preference is saved locally in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Event records are marked for retention review after 90 days.

4. Your choices

Use Privacy & analytics preferences in the public footer to enable or withdraw optional usage measurement at any time. You can also manage or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other parts of the service from working correctly.

5. Updates

We will update this notice before materially changing the technologies we use.

These documents provide general information about PayRivo’s service and data handling. They are not legal advice. They should be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before reliance for a regulated activity, bespoke enterprise agreement or a material change in service.
