Is my account separate from my employer?
MyPay is your personal workspace. It is separate from PayRivo Business client workspaces and uses your own saved jobs and documents.
Can MyPay explain deductions?
It can show recorded deductions, compare confirmed payslips and offer informative RivoIQ explanations. It does not guarantee to find every pay error. Check important questions against original payslips, your employer or official records.
Can I keep more than one job?
Yes. My Jobs keeps employers and employment history organised, and you can review payslips across jobs.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic includes payslips, employment records, jobs, comparison, RivoIQ, Pay Insights and Pensions under the current access rules. Pro adds Budget and savings, the take-home calculator, opportunities and Time Off with reminders.
How do I cancel?
Request cancellation at support@payrivo.co.uk. Under the current terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period once confirmed before the next billing date. Please read the Terms for the full cancellation, refund and access provisions.
