BUILT FOR THE UK'S WORKING PEOPLE

Your shifts change. Your jobs change. Keep your pay records together.

Working across employers, paid every Friday or wondering why your last payday was different? MyPay gives you one personal place to keep your payslips, compare your pay and find the documents you’ve saved when you need them.

Healthcare & care

New ward, care home or agency? Take your pay history with you.

Save your payslips and contract before your staff login closes. Add your final payslip and P45 when they arrive, and compare pay when your shifts change.

Hospitality & retail

Paid every Friday? See what changed from one week to the next.

Compare your Friday payslips to see what changed after extra shifts, fewer hours or overtime.

Agency & temporary work

The assignment ends. Keep a copy of what you earned.

Download payslips from each agency or umbrella portal. Save them in MyPay under the employer named on the payslip.

Drivers, delivery & trades

Different routes, sites or hours?

Keep your payslips together so you can compare overtime and allowances. Open the original when you need to query your pay.

Public sector & education

Moving schools, councils or departments?

Keep payslips from each role together. Compare them when your hours change or you receive back pay or a pay award.

Office & professional roles

Changed jobs or had a bonus?

Save offer letters, contracts and payslips by employer. Find your copies when you need proof of income.

How MyPay works

  1. Download your copies. Save the payslips and employment documents you receive from your employer or payroll portal.
  2. Upload and review. Add them to MyPay, check the suggested details and save each record under the right employer.
  3. Find and compare. Open saved originals when you need them or compare payslips to see what changed.
Will I lose access to my payslips when I leave a job?

Access depends on your employer and payroll provider. Your work email or staff login may close when you leave. If your employer switches payroll providers, older documents may still be in the previous portal.

  1. Before you leave. Ask payroll how long access lasts and where your final documents will be sent. Download the payslips, contract and tax documents you can already access.
  2. After you leave. Follow up for your final payslip and P45 if you’re expecting them.
  3. Keep your own copies. Upload them to MyPay and organise them under the right job. Your employer doesn’t need to use PayRivo.

You download your documents from your employer or payroll provider and upload your own copies to MyPay.
